Spring Valley Village is normally a polling location strictly on Election Day.  

Placement of Political Signage 

Generally, along major thoroughfares (Bingle, Campbell, Westview and the I-10 Feeder Road) and collector streets (Adkins, Fries and Voss), political signs must be behind the wooden and/or decorative utility poles and fire hydrants. Along residential streets, political signs must be behind the meter boxes and fire hydrants. All political signs must be on private property – not within or attached to anything within the public right-of-way, including the TxDOT right-of-way.
