Susan began working for the City of Spring Valley Village in March of 2008 as Assistant City Treasurer. She is responsible for Accounts Payable, Payroll Processing, Purchasing, and assisting in Municipal Court. Prior to working for the City, Susan worked for Northbrook Middle School in Spring Branch Independent School District for 11 years and held various positions, with the last one being the Principal’s Secretary.
Susan is a member of Government Finance Officers Association of Texas and Texas Public Purchasing Association and is a Level II Certified Municipal Court Clerk.
Susan attended school in Spring Branch Independent School District and is a former member of the Spring Branch FFA. She is a member of the Chuck Wagon Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and fishing.
